The Mount Pleasant Animal Shelter is overly full right now! They have lots of wonderful dogs waiting on someone to give them a second chance at a forever home. The adoption fees are $63 for the males and $88 for the females, that includes a voucher for the spay or the neuter and rabies vaccine. All adopted animals get a free microchip and 30 days of free health insurance. All rescues can call 903-575-4174 or at mhodges@mpcity.org. All owner surrendered dogs are immediately considered urgent.
If you are a dog owner that has been contacted about your dog being at the shelter, PLEASE make arrangements to come reclaim your animal.
The Shelter is open Monday- Saturday. 10 to 4.
