MHS Planning & Design, LLC is excited to get the Mount Pleasant Sports Complex project moving forward!
The Mt Pleasant’s City Council has approved a new multi-million dollar sports complex. The project is planned at Town Lake north of downtown and includes a $3.6 million soccer stadium. Texas Parks and Wildlife is providing a half-million grant for the fields.
The park also includes a nature trail, playground, fountain and a 30×50 foot pavilion. Construction could be finished by October 2018.
Last week the city held a construction prebid meeting. Bid forms must be submitted by July 31 and construction is expected to kick-off by late August. If you want more information about submitting a bid, you can email estimating@symmetryturf.com.
