Recently the Mount Pleasant Fire Department responded to separate motor vehicle accidents that have required lengthy extrications. The focus of recent training exercises was on various ways to most-effectively extricate a victim from a car when circumstances weren't exactly typical.
They never stop training so that when help is needed, they can respond and provide assistance in the most effective way possible.
