Special visitor

Jordan Schmidt, a volunteer with Greatest Generation Aircraft, dropped in with his parents Saturday to visit the Mid America Flight Museum.

Jordan and his team were with the Mid America team recently at the Breckenridge Air Show. He is currently studying Engineering at Texas A&M at College Station.

Beyond that, he is an absolute encyclopedia of aviation history. He expressly wanted to see the Museum's Douglas C41, which was General Henry Hap Arnold's Staff airplane. The C41 is one of only two C41s so named by the U.S. Military.

"We learned a lot from Jordan and we think he and his parents enjoyed themselves as much as we enjoyed having them. We hope they return soon."
