Tuesday's ount Pleasant Rotary Club program was brought by Bill and Brenda Barkley, who spoke about the medical mission team they recently led to Guatemala. This team (sponsored by First Baptist Church, Mt Pleasant) consisted of 75 people reaching out to almost a hundreds of Guatemalans with badly needed medical/dental/eye care. Some Rotarians participated in the mission, in line with Rotary"s motto of "Service Above Self".
