We have no idea what is being shown in our random 1980s photo for today, but a note written on the back of the photo says "Missing Court". Anyone recognize the location or the people in this photograph?

The man in the suit looks like Bill Cullen. He worked in the oil & gas industry. His son is Ralph Cullen. Not sure who the other folks are.

It's not me Beverley. However, it does look like me. I never worked in an office that looks like that one.
