Even though Dr. Robert Witherspoon was not at the recent Titus County cares Volunteer Luncheon, they were thrilled to get to present the Volunteer of the Year for 2016 to him Tuesday night when he was packing Food4kids. Thank you, Dr. Witherspoon, for your many, many hours serving Titus County!
