Congratulations to the MPHS Speech and Debate Team members who competed in the North Lamar tournament this past weekend!
Winning awards were:
Varsity CX debate – Nathon Segovia & Audrey Courreges, 4th place
Poetry Interpretation- Jamie Adams 2nd place, & Nathon Segovia 6th place
Dramatic Interpretation- Jamie Adams 3rd place
Original Oratory- Audrey Courreges 3rd place
Persuasive Speaking- Audrey Courreges 5th place
