After a short hiatus, Mount Pleasant for Real resumes its Down Memory Lane feature. Today's photo from our 1980s archives is identified on the back as "City Open House". This is probably a group of employees or officials at the time; the man second from right is Constable Bobby Joe Spearman (note the badge). Can you identify any of the other folks in the photo?
