Did you know we have a hometown hero deployed in Afghanistan?
Mount Pleasant Police Officer Angel Mendoza is in the Army Reserves. He was deployed to Afghanistan earlier this year. With recent events in Iraq, Angel is being transferred there very soon to continue his yearlong mission.
Employees from MPPD, with the assistance of Ministering our Military, “M.O.M”, is sending numerous care packages to Angel and his unit.
Hometown hero Officer Angel Mendoza, protecting our country oversees. We miss you!
