Down Memory Lane - May 8, 2016

Today we are doubling up again on our archive photos from the 1980s. These two fellows look like they are taking an oath of office, probably for the school board, to judge from the setting. They are identified on the back as Hulen Mike Reynolds on the left and Joe R. Blackburn on the right (if we can read the scribbling correctly).


We have no idea who these young men are, or what was going on, or even where this photo was taken, but they are probably solidly middle-aged by now.
