There is a company, Spirit Star, that is currently in the Mount Pleasant community approaching businesses asking them to purchase sponsorships of Mount Pleasant High School teams, according to MPISD spokesman Dr. Judi Saxton.
The MPISD has no relationship with this company, said Saxton. If you are approached by a company claiming a relationship with MPISD, please contact the MPISD Communication Office at 903-575-2000 to determine if the company does indeed have a relationship with the district.
