The scholarship winners traditionally do the ribbon cuttig to open the fair each year.
Each year the Titus County Fair Association awards a graduating boy and girl who live in Titus County scholarships to further their education at a college or university. Each scholarship will be in the amount of $2500.00, and will be paid $500 per semester upon proof of college or university enrollment.
