The NTCC Ag Department will be I hope will be the first of many Pioneer Cooking Classes, all designed to help you cook like grandma used too.
These are not courses based on the culinary arts but on the preservation of the harvest that you have grown, raised or hunted.
The first will be on Classic Art of Dutch Oven Cooking. Save the date for Friday, September 25th and get signed up for these exciting and delicious courses! First come... first serve and seating is limited on these courses -- so contact Continuing Ed early at 903-434-8134.
