Open House for new animal shelter

Today (Friday) is the Open House and ribbon cutting for the new Mt. Pleasant Animal Shelter! The new facility begins operating Monday morning.

Where is this located ? Enterprise Blvd. but I don't know where that is. Is it close to W'mart ?
