Carlock wins Republican run-off for district clerk

Marcus Carlock won the Republican Primary Run-Off election for Titus County District Clerk Tuesday, beating Esther Holliday 546 to 375. He will face Democrat LaWyanda Miller Prince in the fall general election to replace the retiring Debra Abston.
