A W/M suspect fled on foot from a stolen vehicle at the 100 block of W. 16th St near N. Jefferson at 4:15 PM Monday. The vehicle was stolen out of Arkansas and has been recovered. If you see this suspect please call 911 to report his location.
UPDATE: Kenneth Daniel Bruner, 28 years old, from Sheridan, Arkansas was arrested at a business in the 2300 Block of S. Jefferson St. Tuesday night at 10 pm. He was taken into custody and charged with Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle. He is currently in the Titus County Jail awaiting arraignment.
