If you happen to be on the 4th floor of the TRMC Patient Tower on any given day at 9 am, you may notice a group of team members meeting in the hallway. These are the faces of the leaders of Titus Regional Medical Center and this daily Safety Huddle is another way that they are working to increase quality and safety for our patients. Each day they gather to discuss any issues that have come to light in the past 24 hours as well as any expected instances in the next 24 hours that may affect patient safety and quality. These issues are logged, resolved, and tracked to ensure the best possible patient care. At Titus, quality and safety are top priorities and we hold ourselves at a high standard every day when it comes to the care of our community.
