During Financial Literacy Week, Mr. Luis Sifuentes, Mt. Vernon High School Spanish teacher and former bank manager, presented information on banking to Ms. Diane Ramsay's Adult Education Program at Northeast Texas Community College ESL class. Thank you, Diane, for providing this opportunity for our students, and a special thanks to Mr. Sifuentes for sharing financial knowledge with our students.
