Veterans Day – A Tribute To Those Who Have Served

This special day is set aside to honor those who have served in our armed forces and put their lives at risk to ensure our freedoms are preserved. 

Many of these men and women continue their tradition of service when they return home by becoming police officers. Mount Pleasant Police are proud of our men and women who have continued to contribute to the protection of this great land after returning home. We employ twelve officers with prior military service from the Army, Airforce, Navy and Marines. 

For those of you who have served, THANK YOU. For our military veterans who chose to become Mount Pleasant Police Officers, you honor our department and community by continuing to protect us at home. Thank you for your military service and thank you for becoming police officers.
