Well it’s been official for a while, but Titus County Cares is thrilled to announce Charlie Tarver as the new Food Pantry Director! 🎉
His experience, kindness, and servant’s heart has been such a blessing to TCC. In his career, he served in civil service, including working at the Department of Defense, for 37 years. He also served in the United States Air Force for nearly 8 years. 🇺🇸
It is obvious from his career and if you’ve been around him, he serves others faithfully. We are so thankful to have him on our team as Food Pantry Director.
