In the past 12 months the Titus County Road Crew has professionally repaired over 20 miles of roads, most of that since the end of June, when they got the seal coating equipment running for the first time in over 15 years.
The road hands are the same ones that the Commissioners used to 'manage', all that has really changed is that an Engineer who knows what he is doing, is now leading them.
