The Adult Education Program at NTCC is excited and pleased to have Ms. Ritchell De La Hoya join thr NTCC Adult Education team! Ms. De La Hoya teaches ESL classes at the Community Resource Center in Mt. Pleasant. Please help us welcome Ms. De La Hoya to the program!
