The shelter is filled to capacity with babies. They need loving forever homes and Titus County Shelter Friends is sponsoring part of their adoption fee tomorrow, Saturday, July 21st. Any adopted kitten or puppy will be $25 off and receive vouchers for their spay/neuter and rabies vaccine. They will also be micro chipped for FREE.
