Mark your calendar for lunch this Thursday – NTCC sub 11:30 to 1 pm. The farm work scholarship students will be serving up wood fired pizza.
There will be a station set up inside the sub where you will choose your toppings and dress it the way you like. Then we will have the Uuni pizza oven set up just outside to grill your pizza – one to two minutes is all it takes.
If you already know that you are coming please let them know so that they can make sure they prepare for your order.
They will have alfredo, marinara, pesto and cream cheese for “sauces”. They will also have a variety of fresh produce and meats to pick from as well.
