Titus County Commissioners Monday approved the plat for a new housing addition to be called The Pointe at Lake Bob Sandlin.

It will have ten homes on 14 acres, according to Precinct 2 Commissioner Mike Fields; "These are very beautiful lots."

For the purpose of platting it is called The Belf Addition Sub-division. It will be accessed by CR 2850.

The plat was engineered by George Sanford. The county agreed to allow the road to be 20 feet wide, instead of the standard 24, in return for adding two more inches to the road base.
