On Sunday, a lightning storm sparked 18 fires in the Davis Mountains. By Tuesday, six of those fires continued to burn in the area. Deputy Mount Pleasant Chief Brad Eubanks and Driver Phil Fry left Wednesday morning with one of the Strike Teams to assist with these fires.
