Obituary - Nelda Sue Thompson

Nelda Sue Thompson of Mount Pleasant, Texas passed away Thursday February 15, 2018. She was born August 8, 1928 in Arcadia, Louisiana to Joseph and Ollie (Bott) Jordan.

Sue was a member of the St. Andrews United Methodist Church and a homemaker.

She leaves her children, Fred and Char Thompson, Bill and Cathy Thompson, Suzanne and Craig Lewis and Lisa and Billy Moulton; her grandchildren, Leslie Campbell, Melissa Simmons, Laura Inscoe, Sean, Mike and Jen Moulton, Matt, Zach and Caty Thompson; her 19 great grandchildren, Jacob Campbell, Elyse and Thomas Simmons, Jackson, Wyatt and Ellie Inscoe, Megan, Emily and Kinsley Moulton , Jeremiah Campbell, Blake Moulton ,Kynan, Brennan and Christian Moulton, Parker and Dylan Johnson, Lyric and Gordy Denson and Oliver Thompson; one great great grandchild, Erin Moulton; her siblings, Joseph N. Jordan and Audrey Robinson. She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband of 67 years, Gordon Thompson.

A Celebration of her life will be held 11:30 AM, Monday February 19, 2018 at the St. Andrews United Methodist Church. The family will receive friends following the service. She will be laid to rest with her husband at the Tranquil Cemetery.
