Shayla Norman, 34 of Mt. Pleasant, arrested for a Forgery of a Financial Instrument warrant.
Elizabeth Goins, 24 of Cookville, arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of a Dangerous Drug, Possession of Marijuana, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
