Thank you Sgt Randy Underwood for your keen eye while patrolling. This mama and 4 puppies were stranded in a ditch in this cold. He could not let them stay there and TCSO contacted Titus County Shelter Friends right away. Blessings to all of our law enforcement officers who make sure even the helpless creatures of our county are taken care of! We appreciate you so much Sgt. Underwood. They are safe and warm with a TCSF foster tonight.
