The City of Mount Pleasant, Texas - Government and Mount Pleasant Main Street received the 2017 Best Public Improvement Under 50K Population Award from the Texas Downtown Association for the amazing renovations they did to The Alley on Third! Jacob Hatfield's vision for this space truly transformed it into a place that brings life and spirit to downtown.
