Councilman Danny Muskrat says "Congrats to Mount Pleasant for taking home two first place awards at the annual Texas Downtown Association Conference! The first award was for the Alley on Third for “Best Public Improvement”, and the second award was for our annual Cinco de Mayo event for the “Spirit of Downtown Award”.
