With the news Friday that, after 40 years, the Monticello power plant is going to be closed, today's random 1980s photo isn't so random - we went through the shoebox and dug it out. This photo is so old that these men are identified as TUGCO employees - not Luminant or even TXU. A note on the back says "Training pays off for TUGCO employees" and they are identified as Eddie Gray, Jerry Green and Joe Skelton.
