Tuesday the Mount Pleasant Rotary Club resumed its monthly Student of the Month program. Students from Mt Pleasant and Chapel Hill High Schools were recognized for their outstanding academic achievement. Congratulations to Nancy Dejesus, Noah Wall, Tracy Branch, and Riley Perry.
Students are selected to receive this special honor by school administration and teachers for their high academic achievements , class participation, and high moral standards. Four students are selected each month throughout the school year, and are awarded the honor at the Club meeting. Students are eligible to apply for a $1000 college scholarship.
