The Everything Texas Ranch Run is being held Saturday, October 21, from 8 a.m. - 11 a.m. at the Priefert Ranch in Mount Pleasant.
Tons of family activities are being added this year as well, so bring the WHOLE FAMILY! Inflatables, rock climbing wall, hay bale climb, dummy calf roping, a big ranch breakfast (provided for runners and available for purchase for everyone else) and live music.
Guess what they have added to the Everything Texas Ranch Run this year?!? A PUMPKIN RACE! It's a 5K that requires the team to haul a pumpkin. Up to five people can be on a team, so you can spread the pumpkin carrying duties across everyone, but you have to cross together to win!
They have also added a 1K Mutton Buster - a legit race for kids ages 5-12. The fastest runner in each age gets a 1st Place Ribbon, and the fastest runner overall wins a trophy and the title of Fastest Kid on the Ranch. Sponsored by: Mt. Pleasant Family Dental and Emily Jean Ramon Insurance Agency
They still have the oldies but goodies, including the 5K and 15K Individual Trail Races and Corporate Challenges.
All proceeds benefit the educational programs of the Mount Pleasant Texas Chamber of Commerce.

DIRECTIONS: Go south on Highway 271 and take exit 4000. Turn right into the ranch at the stop sign.
