Our random 1980s photo for today is unusual - it's very clear what is going here; it's a ribbon cutting for Grand Grannys Attic II. We also recognize a few people, such as Vadra Solomon and Jerry Boatner. Note also, the timing of the photo - you can actually see that the ribbon was just cut.
Anyone know the other people in the photo, and maybe where and when this was?
