Titus County Cares Executive Director Judy Lee accepts a check from Dr. Charles Matkin.

Titus County Cares thanks Matkin Chiropractic for hosting the 13th Annual Fan Drive AND making a generous donation to TCC. Not only did they accept fans or money for fans, but Dr. Matkin also offered First Day Services for no charge for customers who donated to TCC.
