Titus County Shelter Friends just received a message from a lady that found 9 kittens in a plastic box on her way to work today. They barely have their eyes open and are needing someone to bottle feed them. She stopped and got formula and a bottle and they are nursing from the bottle. She cannot keep them. They are too young to come into the shelter. Anyone who can help?
