Special visitor to Mid America Flight Museum

This is a  composite photograph of Mr. Winton Studt's visit to Mid America Flight Museum Monday.

Mr. Studt flew the Curtiss SB2C Helldivers during World War II but as with practically all other pilots of that era, would have received his advanced flight training in a the AT6 (aka known as the SNJ) like one seen in this photo.

In tribute to Mr. Studt and other veterans from his generation, he was given a flight in Mid America Flight Museum's ATC. Flight instructor Andrew Keist allowed Mr. Studt to pilot the craft for a portion of the flight and said Mr. Studt did quite well.

Thanks Ned Rice for your photo editing work on this.
