The Titus County Shelter Friends say many thanks to the city
council for voting Tuesday night to go forward with the needs assessment plan
for a new animal shelter!
“We appreciate our city officials for their show of support
for the need of a new shelter. Thank you Chief Wayne Isbell for your leadership
in taking this step for the animals of Mt Pleasant.”
