On Monday Mount Pleasant Lion Kent Basinger pinned Texas State Representive Cole Hefner with his Lions pin as Mt. Pleasant's newest lion. Lion Rick Rajotte and Lion Kent traveled to Austin to the House of Representatives for the reading of a proclamation honoring Lions clubs for 100 years of service.
