Cookville fundraiser is Saturday

This decorative wooden flag made by Blalock Custom Woodwork will be auctioned off at the Cookville VFD fundraiser Saturday

The Cookville Volunteer Fire Department is having its 27th Annual Fundraiser Saturday, March 18th, from noon until 8 p.m. at the Cookville VFD Station

They will be serving wood-smoked brisket, pork butt, crawfish, beans, homemade potato salad, bread and homemade desserts. There will be a live auction including pies and cakes, and silent auction all day

There will be a bounce house. Carter Blood Care will be there for interested donors.

There will also be a Raffle to win a gun donated by Gary's Gun & Pawn. Tickets are $2 each or three for $5 available before the drawing. See the gun and buy tickets at Gary's or at the fundraiser on Saturday.
