Temperature predicted to drop 50 degrees Saturday
Tha National Weather Service short-term forecast shows extreme cold weather in the next few days:
Saturday- A 30 percent chance of showers. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 75. Southwest wind around 15 mph, with gusts as high as 25 mph.
Saturday Night - A chance of rain showers before midnight, then patchy rain, snow, and freezing drizzle. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 23. Wind chill values as low as 15. West wind 15 to 20 mph becoming north after midnight. Winds could gust as high as 30 mph. Chance of precipitation is 40%. Little or no snow accumulation expected.
Sunday - Sunny, with a high near 32. Wind chill values as low as 11. North wind 10 to 15 mph, with gusts as high as 25 mph.
Sunday Night - Mostly clear, with a low around 19. North wind 5 to 10 mph.
Monday - Mostly sunny, with a high near 40.
Monday Night- Partly cloudy, with a low around 25.
Tuesday - Mostly sunny, with a high near 48.
Tuesday Night - Partly cloudy, with a low around 32.
Wednesday - Sunny, with a high near 57.
