Cobern issues monthly Hot Check Alert

County Attorney John Mark Cobern has released his Hot Check list for December.

"The individuals list. the "Special Alert" have recently written multiple worthless checks n our county. Please keep this in mind when accepting a check," said Cobern.

Merchants reported they received worthless checks from the following individuals:

James D. Crocker

Jammie Palmer 

Mary J Savage 

Shanda R Traylor 

Clara T Veasy 

For the month of November 2016 the Titus County Attorneys Office collected SI,806.49 in funds for worthless checks.
