The Mount Pleasant Animal Shelter will be closed for Christmas this year Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday so the folks from the shelter can have some time with their families.
Shelter employees work tirelessly helping the animals of the shelter. They come in early to start cleaning so the public can come in to a clean shelter. They work getting rescues lined up for the animals until all hours of the evening and nights. They come in on days off for adoption events. so, to the employees of the shelter, thank you and Merry Christmas.
