MPHS Senior signs to Play Baseball at Navarro College
Mount Pleasant High School senior Connor Gage has signed a letter of intent to play baseball at Navarro Junior College in Corsicana next year.
Connor, the son of Barry and Susan Gage, will be a four-year letterman for the Tigers this year and has put up some impressive numbers while playing for the Tigers.
During his high school summer years Connor has played for several teams. He has played for Sean Moulton on Team Rawlings for two years, and most recently, played for the D-Bat Baseball Academy for two years and got a chance to play in The Perfect Game Event as a junior.
“We are super proud of this Mt. Pleasant Tiger and are pleased that he will have the opportunity to move on to play baseball at the college level,” said MPHS Baseball coach Joel Windham. “We know he will be successful at Navarro and will be a great representative for the MPHS Tigers.”
