The City of Mount Pleasant opened the new splash pad at Oaklawn Park at 9 a.m. Saturday, July 2. It is the second splash pad built by the city; the first opened at Caldwell Park last year. It's free and open to the public. Oaklawn Park is located at 1103 Searcy Ave.
