Today's random photo pulled from the shoebox of 1980s photos looks like it was taken in the old Dairy Queen. A note on the back says "Beauty Pageant". Anyone recognize these folks?

The older man is my grandater Tommy Allen. Owner of the dairy queens in mt. Pleasant during those years.
