Chapel Hill FFA members attend state convention

On Friday the Chapel Hill Northeast FFA wrapped up another amazing State FFA Convention.

They all went in a little nervous with the recent tragedies in Dallas, but the members were focused on service. The students came into downtown Dallas with respect and purpose and did some amazing things to support of a city that was hurting. The Texas FFA did a great job of truly exemplifying the meaning of "Living to Serve."

The Chapel Hill FFA had a great week at convention learning about their Infinite Potential. The students were inspired, able to play a role in the historic decision to pass area realignment, and supported the Area 6 State Officer candidate in being elected as the State FFA President.

They came home with a 6th place in extemporaneous speaking, six Lonestar Degrees, an Honorary Lonestar Degree, some new dance moves, and an even stronger passion for the FFA.

Chapel Hill is proud of all of thestudents for conducting them selves so well!
