Titus County Cares (TCC) is closing out an another amazing year of its Cares4kids program; 168 children were sponsored by 140 caring adults in the community during this school year.
This year is bittersweet because the students from the first year of C4K are graduating from the program.
Each of the 4th and 5th graders received a certificate of completion this week and a final letter from their sponsor.
